Inauguration Day 2009
Today Barack Obama became the 44th President of the United States of America. I am so proud to be alive today and am humbled to have witnessed this historic and monumental event for our country. I am proud to live in the greatest country in the world, and to be able to have all the freedoms that we have, even if, we take them for granted everyday. I am proud to be an American and I look towards the future with hope and optimism.

First, thanks for your very kind comment on my blog. That really made my day when I read that. You too are a great example to me. You have been so super nice to me every time we've hung out. You're for sure one of those people I wish I was more like.
Anyway, I too am full of emotion seeing our 44th President be sworn in. What a great day in history. Here's to times looking up for America for a change.
